Trip Overview

The Winter Spiti Expedition is a breathtaking journey through one of the most dramatic winter landscapes in the Indian Himalayas. From the moment you leave Chandigarh, the road gradually climbs into a world where snow blankets the mountains, rivers freeze mid-flow, and remote Himalayan villages appear like scenes from a painting.

This 7-day adventure takes you through the historic towns of Shimla and Kalpa, the mystical monasteries of Tabo and Key, and the iconic villages of Langza, Hikkim, and Komic — some of the highest inhabited villages in the world.

Travel in comfortable expedition vehicles designed for mountain terrain while experiencing frozen valleys, ancient Buddhist culture, and the untouched beauty of Spiti in winter.

Beyond the journey itself, the expedition offers unforgettable experiences including convoy drives through snowy roads, cultural interactions with locals, campfire evenings, and shared adventures with a community of explorers.
