Ride along the Prithvi Highway, following rivers, villages and Himalayan foothills before arriving in Pokhara and enjoying the peaceful lakeside atmosphere.

Pokhara to Muktinath

Day 3 — Pokhara to Muktinath
Pokhara → Beni → Tatopani → Kali Gandaki Valley → Jomsom → Kagbeni → Muktinath

Ride towards the high Himalayas through Beni and Tatopani, entering the Kali Gandaki Valley corridor.

Continue through Jomsom and Kagbeni before reaching Muktinath.

After sightseeing, begin the return journey towards lower Mustang, travelling through rugged landscapes, orchards and traditional villages.

Day 7 — Marpha to Pokhara

Ride back towards Pokhara through the Kali Gandaki Valley.

The landscape gradually changes from the high-altitude terrain of Mustang to greener mountain valleys and forests.

The route includes traditional settlements, suspension bridges and waterfalls before arriving in Pokhara.

Payment Policy

Full payment must be completed before the trip starts.

Travel Insurance

Personal travel and medical insurance is strongly recommended, including evacuation coverage where applicable.

Insurance & Protocols

Riders must strictly follow road captain instructions, single-file procedures, speed limits and safety procedures at all times.

Riding Gear Requirements

Participants must bring their own riding helmet, riding gloves, armored riding jacket, riding pants, high-ankle boots and eye protection.

Driving Licence

A valid International Driving Permit (IDP) / International Driving License is required along with the motorcycle driving licence.

Security Deposit & Damage Responsibility

The motorcycle security deposit is refundable subject to damage inspection. Riders may be charged for damage beyond normal wear and tear.

Route Conditions

Road, weather and local high-altitude conditions can change without notice. The road captain reserves the right to modify riding arrangements for safety.

Who Can Ride

Participant Health & Responsibilities

Rider Eligibility

Participants must:

  • Have a valid motorcycle licence from their home country.
  • Have an International Driving Permit (IDP) / international driving licence.
  • Be at least 21 years old and have riding experience.
  • Be physically fit to ride long distances.
  • Understand that the expedition involves high-altitude riding and remote terrain.

Medical Fitness

Participants must be physically fit for high-altitude riding. Participants are asked to disclose:

  • Existing medical conditions
  • Previous surgeries
  • Allergies
  • Chronic illnesses

For expeditions above 3,500 m, a medical fitness certificate issued within 30 days of departure is mandatory. Failure to provide the certificate may result in cancellation without refund.

  • National Driving Licence
  • International Driving Permit for foreign nationals

Failure to provide documentation may result in: no participation, no motorcycle allocation, no refund.

Booking Deposit

  • A non-refundable booking deposit of 25% of the total expedition cost is required to confirm booking.
  • The remaining balance must be paid according to the payment schedule.
  • The balance should be paid before the trip begins.
  • Bookings made less than 30 days before departure must be paid in full.
  • At least 7 days before departure, credit card or payment confirmation is required.
  • Failure to pay may result in cancellation of the booking.

  • International guests may pay in USD, subject to prevailing exchange rates.

Cancellation by Brahmanic Trailss

The company may reserve the right to cancel an expedition due to:

  • Natural disaster
  • Political unrest
  • Insufficient participant numbers for expedition
  • Safety concerns
  • Operational requirements

If the expedition is cancelled by the company, the participant may receive

  • A full refund of expedition amount, excluding personal expenses
  • Brahmanic Trailss credit for a future trip for one year
Tour Operation
  • Minimum group size: 10 riders
  • If the minimum is not met, the tour may be postponed or a private adjustment may be offered.
  • The operator reserves the right to alter routes, schedules or accommodations because of weather, road closures or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Riders must comply with local laws and instructions.
  • Failure to comply may result in removal from the expedition.
Health, Acclimatization & Equipment

Right to Refuse Participation

Brahmanic Trailss reserves the right to refuse or remove any participant considered medically unfit or posing a safety risk. The Expedition Leader has the final decision.

Acclimatization & Equipment

Participants must:

  • Follow all acclimatization guidelines.
  • Carry the required riding and safety equipment listed in the expedition checklist.
  • Complete equipment checks before departure.

Failure to comply may result in removal from the expedition.

Behaviour & Conduct

Participants are expected to:

  • Respect local communities and the environment.
  • Follow instructions issued by the Trip Captain.
  • Maintain appropriate conduct.
  • Avoid substance abuse.
  • Understand that misconduct may result in removal without refund.
Risk & Limitation of Liability

The expedition involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:

  • High altitude sickness
  • Road accidents
  • Difficult terrain
  • Extreme weather
  • Limited medical facilities

Participants acknowledge the risks and participate at their own risk.

The company cannot guarantee absolute safety and liability is limited as specified in the terms.

Force Majeure

Brahmanic Trailss shall not be held liable for delays, changes or cancellations caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including:

  • Natural disasters
  • Floods
  • Landslides
  • Earthquakes
  • War
  • Civil unrest
  • Strikes
  • Epidemics
  • Government restrictions

Alternative dates or expedition credits may be offered where possible, but refunds are not guaranteed.

Motorcycle Expedition Additional Terms

Motorcycle Allocation

  • Motorcycle models may differ from promotional photographs.
  • A comparable replacement motorcycle may be provided if necessary.
  • No refunds are offered if the motorcycle model is changed due to circumstances beyond the operator's control.
  • Mechanical issues may require immediate repair or replacement.

Insurance & Security Deposit

  • A refundable motorcycle security deposit applies: ₹25,000–₹30,000.
  • Damage charges may be deducted from the security deposit.
  • If damage exceeds the deposit, the participant is responsible for the applicable amount regardless of insurance coverage.
  • Riders with less than five years of riding experience may be required to pay a higher deposit.

Damage & Recovery Charges

Participants are responsible for damage to the motorcycle beyond normal wear and tear.

Using Your Own Motorcycle / Vehicle

Participants choosing to use their own motorcycle/vehicle must ensure that:

  • The vehicle is legally registered.
  • It is roadworthy.
  • Required registration documents are available.

Brahmanic Trailss provides no insurance, maintenance or financial assistance for privately owned motorcycles.

Booking Transfers & Complaints

Booking Transfers

Bookings may be transferred to another eligible participant with prior approval from Brahmanic Trailss. The original participant and the new participant remain jointly responsible for any outstanding payments.

Complaints & Grievances

  • During the expedition, participants must immediately report concerns to the Trip Leader.
  • Any unresolved complaint must be submitted via email within 30 days after completion.
  • Brahmanic Trailss will investigate and respond after review.
Media Consent, Privacy & Legal

Media Consent

Unless participants are informed otherwise, they grant permission for photographs, videos and other promotional material captured during the expedition to be used for:

  • Promotional purposes
  • Marketing
  • Company communications

Data Protection & Privacy

Brahmanic Trailss collects personal information for:

  • Trip planning
  • Permit processing
  • Operational logistics

Participants' information is protected under applicable privacy and data-protection requirements, including the Information Technology Act, 2000, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Participant information will not be shared for marketing purposes without consent.

Severability

If any provision of the Terms & Conditions is declared invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

The Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan.
